This is the inspiration behind Emily Design Jewelry. I celebrate the cracks and crevices and all the other marks that time, weather, and my loving hands leave behind. I love the chilly mottled surface of oxidized silver and gray weathered wood - I find poetry in things that carry this kind of patience.
